Auto accident ends with two bruised men
Robert Thompson and Aaron Jones started for Paris in Thompson's Ford last Thursday. On Big Creek hill the steering gear failed and the car turned turtle at about 15 mph. Both men escaped with only severe bruises and the car was not badly damaged.

Death of Mrs. Davidson on North Fourth Street

Robinson Man Killed by Train Near Webster Street Crossing
The body of Bert Beach was found on the Oli nois Central tracks near Webster street after an overnight death. Authorities believe alcohol intoxication led him to sleep on the tracks, with remains scattered along the line and identification recovered from his pockets. Beach lived alone in a north town shack and had worked as a rig builder.
