Jacob Diel aged 70 died at midnight Sunday at his Paris residence after a yearlong illness. Born in Clear Creek Missouri, he moved to Paris nine teen years ago. Funeral today at 10:00 AM in the Paris Catholic church with burial in the Catholic cemetery. Survived by four children Alphonus Livina Mayme and Margaret all of Paris and a brother Joseph Diel of Clear Creek.
