John Brosman father of Frank Brosman living four miles north of Marshall on the Chicago road was struck by a car driven by Ted Piper of Paris. The incident occurred Saturday morning as Mr Brosman crossed the road and did not see the approaching vehicle. Ted Piper with two companions took Mr Erdsman to Dr A Mitchell's office where he received treatment for a head cut and leg injuries and is reported to be recovering.
