Clark County Fair Board Sets December 12 Meeting

The Clark County Fair Board met Monday night at the high school and voted to hold the annual Clark County Fair Association meeting on December 12 at 6 30 in the high school cafeteria. A full report of the 1956 fair will be given and plans for the 1957 fair discussed.

Amaranth Installation In Paris Names New Officers

Bethlehem Court No. 14 Order of the Amaranth held a public installation of officers in Paris Friday evening. Royal Matron Elsie Bloodworth and Royal Patron Gilbert Harvey led a list of officers with Ida Richard associate matron and Louis Richard associate patron among many roles. About 45 attendees from Marshall Bethel No. 85 supplied special numbers during the ceremony.

Marriage of Vivian Celestia Srouch to Robert C Maurer

Mr and Mrs Allen Dean announce the marriage of their daughter Vivian Celestia to Robert C Maurer son of Mrs Geona Maurer. Sheryl Elaine was born October 18 to Mr. and Mrs. Fred O. Bohn in Urbana Carle Hospital. The M Grabenheimer store at 6th and Archers was given a new front. A marriage ceremony for Anne Lovett and George Kile was scheduled at Congregational Church October 31.
