Memorial Day Program Planned in Marshall Sunday
Memorial services in Marshall are set for Sunday May 31 with a full day schedule. Assemble at Legion Memorial Home at 9 45 am march to Court House Square with music by the band to St Marys Cemetery. A program at the cemetery includes music quartet selections and an address by Rev Father M Donahue. A grave ceremony follows return to the Legion Home and additional services at 1 15 pm and 2 30 pm including parade to Court House Yard and Cemetery with band selections and later remarks by Dr George McCarty Indiana State Normal Amer ican Legion. Junior Drill Squad Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts are invited to march. McCarty a noted speech educator and former Kiwanis speaker will deliver the address.
