William P Dolson known as Curly Dolson drowned in the Wabash River at Terre Haute on April 2. His body was found last week at Park Street. he had lived and worked as a painter in Terre Haute. Born January 25 1857 in York he was the third son of Jacob and Harriet Dolson. He was said to be a gentlemanly and highly regarded man who brooded over his brother Walter’s suicide at Tuscola.

George Warshtler died last Sunday at his home in Wabash township after pneumonia. He was 71, survived by his wife Mary Moonshower and four of eight children, including Germania Taylor and Emma Lovell in Terre Haute and Vern Warshtler, Matilda Carter of Marshall, plus 12 grandchildren. Born May 10, 1845 in Stark County, he married in 1867 and moved to Illinois in 1871 settling on a farm in Wabash township. He joined the Oak Grove Presbyterian Church and was known as industrious and a good neighbor. Funeral services were held at Livingston with Rev. Reed officiating and interment in Livingston Cemetery.
