Fatal Woods Accident Claims Samuel Stepp in Wabash
Samuel Stepp 67 of Wabash township was killed while cutting trees on Samuel Liffick’s farm when a felled trunk trapped him. The body required sawing in two to remove. He was born February 1 1850 in North Carolina and survived by his wife seven sons and two daughters. Funeral services were held at Dunlap Chapel conducted by Rev Earl C Phillips with burial in Dunlap cemetery.

Dar win Man Dies After Long Illness From Brights Disease
Nola Farr died at home in Darwin on Monday after a long illness from Brights disease. He was 37, unmarried, and survived by his mother two sisters and two brothers. Funeral services were held in Darwin church and burial followed in Darwin cemetery.
