Death of Marion Telephone Manager in Suspected Accident
Charles Fenton Ensor, 48, longtime telephone man, was found dead in the repair room of the Illinois Commercial Telephone Co in Marion. A pistol lay near his hands and the bullet entered the roof of his mouth in a fatal wound deemed accidental by a jury. Ensor, married with two children, had recently planned a hunting trip and was known as a diligent, long serving employee.
