Mrs Ollie Haln Dies Of Heart Failure In Town Area
Mrs Ollie Haln died at her father Trenry Rose's home three miles east of town on Tuesday morning from heart failure after about a week of illness. She was formerly Miss Etta Rose before her marriage about a year ago. Funeral services were led by Rev J A Russell at Hahn's chapel and interment followed in the church cemetery.

Wages Unpaid Court Suit Looms Over Local Railroad

Mosley Nominated by Cape Girardeau GOP for Congress
The Republican convention in session at Cape Girardeau last Wednesday nominated N. A. Mosley of Stoddard county for Congress with Burkhead of Douglass as a principal candidate. On the first ballot Mosley received 100 votes and Burkhead 28, with the nomination declared unanimous. C. H. Lane led the Bollinger county delegation and J. W. Caldwell was chosen congressional committeeman for the county.

Mrs Jonas Masters was adjudged insane at a special county court session last Monday and sent to the state insane asylum at Fulton. She was taken there by her husband Jonas Masters. New Packing House Under Construction by Goodwin and Joan
