David Hahn Dies at 78 in Bollinger County
David Hahn died at his home two and a half miles east of town Sunday morning at 12 30. He died of old age aged 78. He was buried Monday at 2 30 at Hahns Chapel cemetery. He was an old and well known citizen of Bollinger county.

Wound After Axe Accident Near Glen Allen
J Stevens, two miles west of Glen Allen, split rails when the axe glanced off the shin, cutting flesh from the calf in a large piece. He walked home half a mile, leaving the tissue in the wound. Dr Witmer attended, noting the injury is painful but not dangerous.
