Bowls Club Plans Big Meeting And Busy Season Ahead
The Bowls Club expects a well attended annual meeting at the Club House this Wednesday to review the past year’s report and balance sheet and to elect a new Committee of Management. Several members plan to contest committee positions as the club notes strong bowling standards and a growing intake of new members despite wet weather and pluvial interruptions. The final of the B grade Pairs showcased tight play with Gore Brett Blair and Price narrowly edged 18 17 by Blair and Price after a late comeback.
