Silver City High School Graduates Ten in Final Commencement
Silver City High School held the final commencement exercises on May 16, graduating ten students. Rev. C. F. Waterman of Grenwood gave the address. Judy Schroeder was valedictorian and James Bichel salutatorian. Baccalaureate services occurred Sunday at the Methodist church with Rev. Wayne Bass as speaker. Robert Waller sang a solo.

The Evergreen Community club held its regular meeting on Friday with Mrs. Charles Saar as hostess. A group of East Liberty ladies visited the church on Tuesday afternoon to paint dining room tables and perform other tasks.
