Dennis H. Meyer son of Rev and Mrs Harry H Meyer will receive his BA degree from Valparaiso University Indiana. Approximately 500 members of the Order of the Eastern Star attended a visitation and degree exemplification by Worthy Grand Matron and Worthy Grand Patron at the Liberty Memorial Building in Malvern on Saturday April 26. Eighty five chapters across Iowa Nebraska and Missouri were represented with a 5:30 p.m. banquet and 7:30 p.m. meeting followed by a reception and social hour hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hanson and guests.
