Land Office The Dalles Oregon June 13 1906 notice to B Larkin contestant and Jack Hirt contestee. Contestant alleges abandonment of homestead entry No 12806 made July 9 1908 for the SE 4 of section 17 township 10 range 14 east Willamette meridian. Parties must appear to respond July 21 1905 and final hearing set July 28 1905 before officials in The Dalles Oregon. Publication ordered due to impersonal service limits.
James Murrow contests homestead entry No 12401 by W Beck alleging abandonment for over six months and lack of cultivation. Hearing set for July 2 1925 before Notary Public Culver and the U S Land Office in The Dalles Oregon as required by law.
