Hale Pleads Guilty in Second Degree Murder Case
Thomas Hale changed his plea from not guilty to guilty at the opening of circuit court this morning. Judge set sentencing for 7 30 tonight and will consider mercy after evidence on intoxication and mental state, in the killing of Thomas McConnell at Shianiko on August 26. Hale’s attorney N J Schnott asked for that evidence to be admitted at sentencing.
