C K Craighead purchased the Katie Worthen property on Front Street and Second from Geo W Worthen administrator. The deal covers three lots and a large house with a total consideration of 3700 dollars. Craighead plans to build a home on the property.
F. E. Heiniger and Charles J. Lawier have taken possession of the A. E. Rusco farm in Delta. The 120 acre ranch with stock was purchased for 23550 dollars.
County commissioners set March 23 at 2 PM for a hearing on the petition to improve the Ferndale Guide Meridian Road. The session will address proposed construction steps, cost estimates, and affected properties along the route.
