Lynden Council Grants Dairymen Pipe and Pump House Rights
Lynden Washington council votes to grant the Whatcom County Dairymen’s Association rights to lay water and drain pipes along Olive Street to Fishtrap Creek and to construct a small pump house in the city park. The ordinance covers a 25 year franchise, maintenance duties, and liability protections.
