President Eisenhower Resting. Second Heart Specialist Named

Armed Bandit Robs Service Station in New Foray

An unidentified armed bandit robbed a service station at Broadway and Ave A late Saturday. Attendant Bobbie Gene Games said the masked man surprised him, demanded money, and fled with cash after forcing them to the rear of the station. The case is reported on Page 14.

Rayburn told about 2,200 rain soaked attendees at the Sudan Fall Festival that the United Nations is the world’s hope while urging support for U N leadership.
