Santo Leads Cubs Past Padres With Late homer

Ron Santo homered for the third time in as many games to break a 2-2 tie in the sixth, lifting the Chicago Cubs to a 3-2 win over the San Diego Padres. Milt Pappas improved to 4-4 after a rough start as San Diego built a 2-0 lead with four early singles and a walk, while the Cubs rallied on a costly error and bases loaded walk in the first inning.

Sparks Outlasts Brown in Service Length at TCU

Sparks has lectured at clinics for the Texas High School Coaching Association National Trainers Association Southwest Trainers Association and the Kansas Academy of General Practitioners. Sparks worked with Bass for two seasons before Bass left to coach the Flor ians. One of Sparks first duties at Miami is to arrange the team’s Rosie Camp to be held at Tampa in late June.

Palomar Chooses Tech Over Wider College Offers
