New York UPI reports the Dow Jones closing averages with Industrials at 943.79 high 927.63 low 937.2 and utilities 119.73 117.59 118.74 while a 4.70 rise in Industrials, 1.61 up Transpor t, 0.39 Utils, and 1.68 in the 65-stock index are noted. Bond closes show small changes and the commodity futures index ends at 142.28 up 0.31.
