City Woman Victim In Mexico Collision
G Granville Johnson age 71 a member of a pioneer South Plains family and resident of Lubbock for nearly 50 years was killed Friday in a car bus collision near Ciudad Hidalgo Mexico. His son David Johnson was injured and in satisfactory condition at a Cuidad Hidalgo hospital. The crash occurred on a winding Mountain Road known as Thousand Peaks. An embassy official said more details would be released and an official would confer with authorities.
