Two 12 year old boys admit killing government guard
Police say two 12 year old Negro youths confessed to a fatal shooting of Theodore S. Nickens a 62 year old guard. Nickens was found with three bullet wounds inside a municipal building corridor after the youths allegedly obtained a pistol from a father’s locker and demanded the revolver. They were sent to the juvenile receiving home.
