Lunch with the Lubbock Rotary club follows and Bryan Blalock president of the Texas Dairy Institute will speak. The afternoon session at 2 p m will cover regional butter and cheese concerns with Jake Davidson in charge.
Six Romanian youths aboard the freighter Campero must depart the United States. Immigration chief L D Crossman said they faced no option but to return with the ship or appeal to the attorney general, risking several weeks in Houston jail. Two chose to sail, four opted to appeal.

Houston June 7 A quarrel with his common law wife over 71 dollars in savings cost Curley Taylor a life today. Taylor died with four .38 caliber wounds leaving his assailant unidentified.
Police say Julia Frelon reported that after an evening of drinking Taylor returned home and demanded money while threatening her with an ice pick. She retrieved a pistol from under a pillow and fired four shots.
A 52 year old Dallas mother was killed and five others including her two children were injured when their car overturned on a hill four miles south of Corsicana on highway 75. The incident occurred around dawn today.
