Jack Miller of Iowa to forbid final withdrawal of U S forces from Indochina until all American servicemen missing in action are accounted for was approved 8 to 2. A fire at a plant caused extensive animal losses with about 1500 pigs reportedly perishing. Fire department units arrived early and battled the blaze, with no injuries reported and investigations underway.
