Other cases include lewd and lascivious cohabitation, robbery, and rape.

Patrick Callahan a 34 year old freight conductor from 125 Boston street South Boston was fatally injured at a Boston freight yard Sunday noon after his foot was caught in a switch and he was run over. He lost his right leg near the hip and his left foot, was taken to Emergency hospital where his condition remained precarious at night.
