Despatch from Bangor reports Harry C. Hilliker of Lowell Mass was fatally wounded by his companion Joseph Hubert of Augusta on Roger's farm near the Penobscot East Branch. Hubert's rifle snapped when it snagged a bush during a moose hunt. The bullet entered Hilliker's back and passed through the abdomen. He will die. This marks the second shooting accident in Maine woods within four days.
