Little Ruth Elizabeth Staples, eight, celebrated with a party at Staples street off Westford. eight pink rose birthday cake adornments and many presents. Engagement announced between Clinton Parker Russell of Lowell and Miss Hattie Waters of Little Rock. wedding planned for autumn and they will reside in Dallas Texas.

Henry M. Paradise marries Minnie E. Sweeney in Nashua on October 6 at a ceremony conducted by Rev. E. Buckle. The event joins two local families and marks a new chapter for the couple.
