Three masked men robbed a stage near Grassy five miles east of Denver Colorado seizing twelve gold watches and 500 dollars in cash. The stage carried thirteen passengers and two or three women.

Boston police seek 22 year old Harry R. Clark accused of forging multiple checks to obtain cash in South Boston. Last week he passed two questionable checks at Jabez Z. Cole and Thomas Newcomb stores, prompting a citywide search by Station 6 detectives. Clark, a South Boston resident, has recently fallen under bad company and vanished with his mother’s death. The entry notes his prior good behavior and eventual criminal turn.
John H Harrington states he has no authority for a Congressional nomination in this district and that George W Fifield should receive the nomination if he accepts. Harrington says he will announce his own candidacy plainly if and when he runs and does not endorse others’ remarks or enthusiasm.

Mrs Harry R Clark, wife of a Cambridge swindler, left Lowell for Derry N H after settling with her husband’s creditors. She lamented Boston charges against him and feared damage to her budding acting career. Sawyer, owner of the Derry team, had called for the Derry group. A $16 bill was paid by Mrs Clark.
The party traveling with Rep. George E. Putnam and Stephen H. Jones caught fish and an unexpected catch a young deer.
