Mrs Sarah Johnson of Exeter New Hampshire fell seriously ill Wednesday evening on the Lowell Junction train. Train officials phoned Lowell for an ambulance. she was taken to St Johns hospital and found to have heart trouble. She was en route to Pepperell and was reported comfortable and improving this morning.
