Offers were made today for stock of nearly all seventy print cloth mills in Fall River by New York promoters to unify yarn mills. The mills are controlled by thirty six corporations.
William Neufeldt, arrested last night for the murder of Mrs. Nathan Kronman in New York, was identified today by about six witnesses. He has confessed and says his troubles are over.

Bohemian tailor Viclav J. Mikulas, living with his family in Wellman's block at Merrimack and Bridge streets, died by inhaling gas this forenoon. He had returned from Boston after a supposed job offer and had recently begun drinking heavily since May, possibly driven by despair over unemployment. He weighed 170 pounds with black hair and a black moustache and was a member of Temple Council 25 Royal Arcanum of Rox.
The deceased, connected to the Supreme lodge of the Bohemian-Slavonian Benevolent Society of the United States, carried $7000 life insurance and had a $500 Metropolitan policy, which had lapsed payment last November. He had been married 12 years.
Margaret McKiernan died at the Corporation hospital at 1.16 this morning after a voluntary ingestion of paris green. The case is reported as a suicide attempt with the deceased previously noted for the act. Her death is recorded at the hospital following the incident.
John Dowd formerly of summer street in this city called at the police station this morning to ask if his parents had been inquiring there for him. He said someone sent a telegram to them in Palmer announcing his death and that they had left for Lowell to attend the funeral. Deputy Moffatt said no one had inquired for a dead man named Dowd, and Dowd could not identify the sender of the telegram.
Sergeant Downey arrested Allen Richardson last night. He is wanted in several New England cities on larceny charges.

Captain Donovan of South Boston station 6 reports Daniel Kennedy aged 15 has been missing from 15 Loring street for three weeks. He worked as a Postal Telegraph messenger and was last known near his grandmother's home. Police and stations are on the lookout. Kennedy is described as 5'6" 125 pounds with dark hair blue eyes and a fresh face in Postal Telegraph uniform and golf cap.
