Three Sentenced Two To Pen In Forgery Case
Richard Tucker pleaded guilty to forgery before District Judge John R. Brand and drew one to two years in the state pen. Dale Eugene Edwards, about 20, also pled guilty to forgery and received one to two years to begin after serving a 5 to 10 year term. Edwards claimed parole from Eddy County after two years and eight months served. M. D. Gilmore was sentenced to 90 days for drunk driving, with jail time starting May 11.

A 19 year old from Shreveport Louisiana Edgar Lawrence surrendered in Chicago after calling for bus fare to return to jail in Louisville Mississippi.
