$75,000 Sewer Project To Start In Eunice This Week
Eunice will begin a $75,000 sewer line project this week led by Mayor F. M. Stephens. New Mexico Construction Co. of Lovington will complete it in about 90 days. The mayor also announced a no-cost to taxpayers community house and library ready by July 4 funded by a tobacco tax. Bids will be sought to pave 50 blocks within 60 days and plans for baseball and Little League activities are in place.
