New Vehicle Law Aims At All Motorists On Highway Accidents

The measure targets any driver involved in a highway crash after October 1. It provisions automatic license suspension for those failing to report the incident or provide proof of financial responsibility. Offenders risk loss of driving privileges until requirements are met and damage claims of 10000 or more within 60 days trigger stricter penalties. Some cases allow innocence to be proven in court or by signed legal statements.
