Dr C J Fowler Passes After Thirteen Years In Lordsburg
Dr C J Fowler 83 longtime Lordsburg resident died at his home this week and was laid to rest in Mountainview Cemetery. Funeral service was Thursday at 2 30 p m at Church of Christ with Percy Krewson minister officiating. Pallbearers were H H Gass E J Wood H Walter and Roy Smith. Jack Heather was funeral director. He is survived by his widow and many friends.

War bond sales through Thursday noon topped 91000 dollars and supporters anticipate a final push. A grand three deck cake donated by Major and Mrs W P Churchill will be drawn by Sgt Moore at the Up-To-Date Store window with tickets sold Friday and Saturday. War Loan Exhibit To Open At State Fair In Victory Wall
