Henry Thomas Clark Dies in Lordsburg at 85

Henry Thomas Clark aged 85 died suddenly last Friday at 5 am after a brief illness. Born June 26 1858 in Kentucky he married Annie Baggett in Waxahachie Texas on July 22 1880 and helped raise relatives including Mrs RK Ownby and adopted Mrs Claude McFee. He moved to Lordsburg in April with the McFee family and was laid to rest after services in Houston at West End Baptist Church and Woodlawn Cemetery. He left a half brother George B Clark of San Antonio as survivor.

Manganese Development Near Marlin Hoggett Ranch

A large compressor is installed at the rich manganese property on the Marlin Hoggett ranch in Hidalgo County to accelerate production. The site is leased to Frank Weldon with sub-lease to FB. HM.
