Funeral Services Held For Ruth Richins Of Cotton City
Ruth Sevey Richins, 67, of Cotton City New Mexico, died Sunday August 22 1993 at her home. Born June 26 1925 to George and Anna Sevey in Cotton City, she lived most of her life in the area and was a longtime resident. Funeral services were held at the local cemetery chapel with burial following at the Cotton City Memorial Lawn. She is survived by her husband and several children.

Large Scale Inspection of Commercial Vehicles Held

Ballinger Court Ruling Upheld by 10th Circuit in Denver
The 10th Circuit upheld a habeas corpus writ for Gene Ballinger in the 1980 murder of Warren Uecker at Pine Cienaga Ranch near Mule Creek.
