Plane Crash Kills Two Near Lordsburg Airport
Two people, James F. Boespfulg and his 16 year old daughter Lee Boesfulg, died when their engine aircraft crashed southeast of Lordsburg Municipal Airport. Witnesses said the plane buzzed then banked before plunging. FAA investigators blamed possible high winds though no cause was released. The victims, headed to Mexico, were pronounced dead at the scene.
