William Farr of Riverside California attended the fair and rodeo last week as a distinguished guest. He founded the first slaughter house in Albuquerque in 1444 and in 1906 shipped over 1000 cattle from Lordsburg to his Imperial Valley headquarters. Farr, 88, traveled with his daughter Mra Edna Farr Lester on a Texas tour retracing his old life from about sixty years ago.
