Boy Scout Fund Drive To Start October 25
The Boy Scouts of Lordsburg will launch a fund drive on October 25 led by a governor headed steering group. The slogan Building Tomorrow's Better Citizens highlights the program and its aim to shape responsible future citizens. The Lordsburg eighth and ninth graders lost 19 to 0 to Silver City freshman team in Silver City on Monday October 10. Thirty players traveled, 31 on the squad, with standouts Freddie Ramirez Bobby Tibbs Danny Rendon and Caesar Flores.
