Mother's Day Program Unites Three Schools At Central
A Mother's Day program last Friday at Central School gym united Wilson Central and High Schools. State Superintendent Georgia Lusk and County Supervisor Katy Hall attended as guests. Readings songs and acts by pre primary through eighth grade featured strong art exhibits from Wilson and Central. The eighth grade earned permanent ownership of a class picture after the largest attendance yet.

Eighth Grade Prom Night At Central Gym
The eighth grade hosted a May Prom in the Central Gym from 7:30 to 10:00 p m with freshmen as guests. The evening featured games and dancing, with punch and wafers served. Margaret Mims returned after illness and James Tartar also returned to school. Wilson baseball teams enjoyed a victorious streak, beating Central teams last Tuesday.
