Registration For Pre School Children In Lordsburg
Pre school registration for children eligible for kindergarten and first grade in Lordsburg Schools for 1972 1973 will be at each Elementary School on May 9 and 10 from 3 00 to 4 00 PM. Children born in 1967 should enroll for kindergarten next year while 1966 born children not in kindergarten this year should register as first graders. Birth certificates and health records must be presented. Parents urged to register eligible children at any elementary school on the stated dates.

One Man Arrested In Store Break In
At about 3 30 a m Wednesday the Montgomery Ward store was burglarized with about 1000 dollars of appliances stolen. Allen Hill detained a suspect as he fled and police later charged Antonio Hernandez with burglary and grand larceny. He remained jailed on 6000 dollar bond. merchandise was recovered from a nearby ditch.
