Lalla Walker and Carlos Walker dba Walker and Son of Duncan Arizona applied to the New Mexico State Corporation Commission for a Contract Motor Carrier Permit to haul ore concentrates mining supplies and machinery between the Arizona New Mexico state line and points within 40 miles along irregular routes except between the state line and Lordsburg New Mexico and to and from Sle Grant County and East Camp Grant County a distance about 4.4 miles. A public hearing is set for July 6 1944 at 9 30 A M at the Commission offices in Santa Fe to determine if the authority should be granted. The notice invites all interested parties to show cause.
