Antonia Munoz born October 2 1882 in Encarnacion De Diaz Jalisco Mexico died June 10 1986 at Sunshine Haven Nursing Home Lordsburg after a long life as a local resident. She lived eleven years in El Paso with husband Tomas who worked at the Smelter. They had five daughters born of whom four died in infancy and the surviving daughter died at forty three. After her husband’s death she returned to Lordsburg to live and spent her last seven years at Sunshine Haven. She died with a scapulary and rosary in hand.

Ballinger Hands Self In Under Grant County Case
Gene Ballinger surrendered to Grant County authorities last Friday and has remained free five years during appeals. He is to be jailed briefly before transfer to state facilities to serve a nine year sentence while maintaining innocence and alleging evidence suppression by the 6th District Attorney's office.
