Cattle Transporting Charges Dismissed in New Mexico
Jersey Smith was arrested in Lordsburg New Mexico on June 12 by Sheriff Hugh Pace on a charge of transporting cattle improperly across the New Mexico Arizona Line. Charges were dismissed the same day by Judge C L Brown upon the recommendation of Norman Hodges District Attorney.
