Splendid Results at Last Chance Mine Show Promising Ore
Since taking over the Last Chance mine the company reports strong development gains. Drifts on the 275 foot level yield ore averaging over 100 ounces of silver per ton in the west drift, with 6 to 14 inch veins. A 3 foot milling ore sample shows about 14 ounces per ton. Company plans to install a compressor and drills to accelerate development.

Allen fish catch at Elephant Butte feeds six
