Warren Uecker, 60, stockholder in Pine Cienega Corp, found dead in a shallow grave near Mule Creek on Tuesday after a search by deputies state police and Game and Fish. John Rizzo, 50, of Gila Manzano was arrested Wednesday evening on an open murder charge and arraigned Thursday afternoon.
