The charter membership totals 28 girls with two honorary members. Lost Man Located By Sheriff's Posse

New Pastor at First Baptist Church Dodd to Take Post
Rev. John F. Dodd accepts call to become pastor at First Baptist Church succeeding Rev. David E. Moore who resigned to move to Dexter New Mexico. Dodd 28 from Semmes Alabama holds A B from Howard College and studied at Southwestern Seminary. He served three and a half years in the U S Army and pastored in Atoka Oklahoma for two years. He and his wife have two children Anne 3 and Charles 4 months. A house warming dinner for the Dodd family is set at the parsonage today.

Mrs Juette Glenn Kukier dies from a head wound, caused by a pistol shot, at her parents home in Steins on Monday January 22. Her husband John Pete Kukier, who had just dressed, and her father William E Blume, a railroad telegraph operator, were present nearby when the tragedy occurred.
