Three Injured In Highway Crash Near Animas Street
A two car collision on Railroad Avenue about 200 yards east of Animas Street Monday near 10 am sent three people to hospital with injuries. Lawrence W. Smith 59 of McPherson Kan drove the Smith car. Zolton Tisza 30 of Trenton N J drove the other car. Marie C Keppler 20 of Trenton a passenger in Tisza car also injured. Tisza jailed on DUI charge. Smith cited for failure to use due care.

City Council Acts On Nursing Home and Housing Plan
The council unanimously approved extending paving, sewer and utilities to Retirement Ranches nursing home project after discussions with Mayor Koff and Retirement Ranches representatives. Dog Leash Law Again Put Into Effect
