New Withholding Tax Tables Issued by Bureau of Revenue

Youth Jailed On Federal Auto Theft Charges
California teenager Jame Julus Hamblin, 19, Fallbrook, was jailed in Deming on federal auto theft charges after admitting to stealing a 1956 Chevrolet in San Diego. Father Of Local Man Dies In Phoenix At 86
B F Galusha father of Harry Galusha of Lordsburg died in Phoenix Arizona last Saturday at age 86. Burial was in Bisbee Cemetery Tuesday with the Masonic Lodge handling services. He had resided in the Bisbee area much of his life. Mr and Mrs Galusha and daughter Jean and Harber Heather returned to Lordsburg Tuesday evening after the services.

Painter Found Dead In Motel Room
Thomas H. Gould, 50, a painter on a remodeling job at the Biltmore Holiday Motel, was found dead in his room Thursday around 12:30 p. m. The last sighting was about noon. A coroner's jury ruled death from natural causes.

Auto Thieves Nabbed After Car Theft Escalates
Two suspects were captured in Safford Arizona after a car stolen from Ivan Kennett in Deming Louisiana was abandoned at the Mortenson service station on E Railroad Ave. State and local officers pursued them toward the airport, recovered Kennett’s car, and took a third suspect, 17 year old David Ball, into custody several hours later on the dry lake ten miles west of town.
