A Silver City Girl Scout Council meeting discussed tentative plans for a camp at Camp Thur ing from June 1 through June 7. About 18 Lordsburg girls are expected to attend, with funding from donations and yearlong projects. Donations can be mailed to Mrs. Paul Malott Mrs. Wesley Freeburg or Mrs. Robert Tunnell. Girl Scout cookies are being sold to fund the camp.

The Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority met at Mrs. Aubrey Stubbs home to report a current scrap project and plan a junior Girl Scout Brownie Easter egg hunt and skating party in April. Miss Madeline Crosby, James Kinkema, and Mrs. Tom Lockwood were named Brownie committee members with dues to be paid.
